There’s two ways to get reviews
That’s right! There’s two ways to get reviews on your RateMyAgent Profile. Once you’ve claimed your profile and checked your listings, you’re ready to either REQUEST A NEW or POST AN EXISTING review.

How to post an existing review
Posting an existing review on your RateMyAgent profile means you don’t have to go through the process of re-requesting them from your buyers and sellers.
This blog will walk you though the steps to post an existing review.
1. Select listings from your dashboard
2. Confirm the sale details
Once you are in the ‘Listings’ section of your dashboard (see Listings in the left hand menu), you’ll see your properties.
Find the property you want to request a review for and click ‘Confirm or Report Result’. Add the price and sale date to complete the listing data.
Note: Some listings may appear as ‘Ended’. This means the listing is waiting for confirmation that it has been sold. If you’ve recently sold this property simply confirm it’s ended. You’ll then be able to request a review.
3. Request a review from your seller or buyer
Once the sale result has been Reported/Confirmed you will be prompted to “Request A New Review” or “Post Existing Review”
Make sure you select “Post Existing Review” and fill out the form that is presented.
That’s it.
Your seller or buyer will receive an email asking them to verify the review you’ve posted. They won’t need to log in or register.
The review will appear on your profile immediatley as an “Unverified Review” until confirmed as geniune by your client. Unverified reviews do not count towards your RMA statistics or rankings.
Top Tip: Let your client know that they’ll be an email coming from RateMyAgent. Let them know it’s free to verify the review, and that their feedback is important to you as it will help other sellers select the right agent.
