About Monte
Andy Reyment or “Monte” as he is known by many, joined the real estate world while working as a college recruiting specialist. He started by dabbling in flipping houses and investing in real estate. In doing so, Monte discovered his passion for real estate.
Monte is a graduate of Pulaski High School. He then pursued a degree in coaching and business at (what school). He returned to his roots and settled down in Suamico with his wife Shannon. He coached for several years at the high school and middle school levels before becoming a college recruiting specialist. Also during his mid to late 20s he owned a bathroom remodeling company, which has provided useful knowledge he still utilizes today.
Monte’s specialty is in sales. He has an eye for what a property needs to have in place to sell and keeps up to date on the current housing market trends. In addition, he has a strong network of contractors and consultants who he can call upon when needed. In his first 3 years as an agent, he helped over 150 clients buy and sell their homes or properties.
Monte is also the Team Leader of the Take Action Real Estate Team at Symes Realty. He also gives back to the community and is one of the founding members of the non-profit GRIT program.

A good selling experience.
Monte Reyment guided the sale of my condo through a difficult marketing time. It took a while for the right people to come along, but once they did, Monte‘s strengths and knowledge came to the fore. He expertly handled a few very minor glitches that came along, and we ended up closing a few days earlier than originally planned. I would definitely recommend him!

Professional and dedicated
Monte was very professional and walked us thru the entire process of selling our house. He was always available to be reached and when we were so stressed out he calmed us down with one phone call. He’s very knowledgeable about the housing market and will work wonders to get you even more than you expect for your house. If I had another house to sell I would definitely use Monti and his team. Highly recommend them to use.

Amazing, stress free
We met Monte and he was so down to earth, we had the instant feeling of trust with him compared to a prior realtor we had worked with and fired. Monte was grilled by us and he proved to know what he was doing. He came prepared to work for us on selling our property. We were kept in the loop as to when it was being shown and by who. With Monte he did something right, the 1st realtor that we fired had 1 showing in 3 months. With Monte we had many more and within 6 weeks of listing we were closed on the property. Headache free, easier than selling a car. Monte and his team are amazing!! Seriously if you want to sell a place and work with someone who is honest and works for you, takes all the stress and worry out of selling, Monte is your man!

Very knowledgeable
Monte was absolutely amazing. He could always get me in rather quickly for any showing I asked for. He could answer any of my questions. He was always available (via email or text). He worked extra hard to help me close on both my home I was selling and the one I was buying. He had good suggestions to help me not to be so overwhelmed. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

This is an amazing company! I worked with Monte and Ashley. Ashley was absolutely fantastic in helping me find the perfect home for me. We looked at a lot of houses and had quite a few rejections but she stuck with me to help me find the perfect one. And on top of that she made every effort to be there for the showings even going so far as to come straight to a house after traveling for her other job for a few days. She is absolutely amazing and I am so happy she was my agent. Monte was great to work with too helped me out when Ashley couldn't be there and was there for me during the final walk through and at closing. Thanks Monte and Thanks so much Ashley!!
