Brad is helpful and available when needed. He cares about what is going on in someone's life that may impact decisions, needs or schedules. He is willing to be flexible with seeing homes in different parts of town, even those far away. This is our second home purchase and second home sale with Brad, and we will use him again in the future if needed.
