Virginia was so knowledgeable about Knoxville. She helped me find my perfect house! It took a lot of patience on her part. She was honest about what she felt were the shortcomings of the house and/or the area. She helped protect my interests in the negotiations but knew how to handle the situation so that the deal was not jeopardized. She was professional but really fun to work with! And ANYTIME I called her she got right back to me and she was always willing to show me a house. I would (and have!) recommended her to anyone!
