Victoria Pettinato
Initially, I tried to find an agent to help sell my mother's property in Ocala Florida. The first company I spoke with assured me that they would help us. This company not only failed us, but they stopped communicating with us after one week. They continued to avoid phone calls and inquiries from us for 2 months. This unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. My mother was disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the agent, and that's not something I could tolerate. However, when one door closes, and another opened. Victoria Pettinato was referred to me by a family friend. Victoria not only helped us, but she did so with consistent communication, and dedication to our end goal. She walked us through every step of the way and made sure we were never left with any doubt or questions. Not only did Victoria Pettinato go above and beyond to help my mother sell the property, but she worked diligently to make sure the process was painless and efficient. Hurricane Helena was literally 12hrs away from landing on Florida's doorstep, and Victoria selflessly remained resolute in her commitment to giving her all, making sure the mission of helping us was complete. The day after the hurricane hit, she called to congratulate us and asked if there was anything else she could do. Florida was in a state of emergency and her concern was for us in Oklahoma. This is what we call in the Military, Service Before Self and speaks volumes as to her performance under difficult conditions. As a former Air Force service member, I recognize this type of work ethic and integrity. It is usually symbolic of a person's true nature. Victoria has a natural born leader quality that ensures the best possible outcome is reached, regardless of the obstacles that may arise. I will continue to recommend her to anyone, who like us, needed help. Her loyalty to her clients and company is best defined as beyond reproach.
