I reached out to Rob and Nan for my first house purchase. Needless to say, I had no idea what I was doing. I spent some time searching for properties in a very hostile time in the real-estate market placing bids on multiple houses. Each time both Rob and Nan were there to walk me through each step (and trust me there were many) they always helped me make decisions that were best for ME, not just for the easy commission. With luck we found something that suited our needs and the Wickman's got right to work. They scheduled everything that needed to be done and also walked me through each step along the way without any hesitation. Although our process was out of the box, they were always putting us first and getting us the best offer. When issues came up, they explored every option to get us the best answer so we could make the best decision.

Nan and Rob are amazing to work with! We felt they had our best interest at heart and really guided us through the whole process explaining all options to us for the sale of our first home. They went above and beyond with making sure that the renovations we did prior to putting the home on the market were done well, kept us up-to-date with the sale, extremely professional, kind, respectful and really took a load off our shoulders. The sale price of our home surpassed what I expected and I believe a large part of that was due to Nan and Rob!
