Meeting Ray was one of the best things to ever happen to me on my house hunting journey. He was in the midst of remodeling his own home when I first met him, so he had his work clothes on when we met and was upfront on his thoughts about the first house we saw together. I decided against that house, but I knew Ray was the guy to help me on my journey. He opened up points of view that never occurred to me because he’s done this for a long time and was able to breakdown today’s housing market in simple terms for me.
