Patty Cappuccino has been a resident of Moorpark for nearly 40 years, watching it grow from a small town to the flourishing community it is today. While running her own local business and raising three children, she found her passion for real estate and has since helped hundreds of families find everything from a starter house, investment property, or their dream home. Prior to joining RE/MAX One, Patty was consistently recognized as a Top Producer, including the President’s Circle, and most recently, the “Top Salesperson in 2019” for another nationally recognized firm. She is thrilled to join the RE/MAX One Team and serve her clientele better. Patty enjoys the relationships she builds with her clients and takes great pride in assisting them in every step of the home selling or buying process. Her intimate knowledge of the schools and community comes from her personal experience as well as those of her clients over the years.
