We bought our house through Patrick and sold the same house 9 years later through Patrick. Both as a selling and buying agent, Patrick was fantastic. Patrick is very knowledgeable and was always professional. One of the things that makes Patrick special is that he is passionate about real estate/homes and his profession. As we put our home on the market, we were already out of state, but he went out of his way to check on the property and suggest improvements.
