I really, really like Pam on a personal level. She made buying and selling a lot of fun. However, I asked her to get a few things in writing from the seller of the house and she said we didn’t need it. Ended up the seller claims that’s not what she told Pam and I ended up getting screwed and now it’s going to cost me money to get the situation corrected, at least $1000. I’m really disappointed and frustrated that I didn’t insist, but I trusted her word and thought it would be ok and I was wrong. She also let me sign a form at the closing about a permit transferring from the seller to me that basically forces me to have to spend the $1000.

Heidi, I enjoyed working with you as your Realtor, and I would be happy to work with you again in the future. I believe the misunderstanding between you and the actual builder of your new home was about the landscaping, which prompted the negative remarks in your review. I agree, the builder did not complete the seeding and hay, however I feel it’s unfair for you to hold me responsible for the builder’s lack of integrity. I wish you the very best of happiness in your new home. Thank you.
