I don't know how Nancy did this, but she was able to get us under contract on the house of our dreams. There were at least 8 back up offers for this amazing property. I pinch myself because we were the buyers that were able get a property that so many other buyers wanted and it was all Nancy. Her tenacity, suggestions, and her expertise that made it happen for us. She went above and beyond, to make the transaction smooth, offering great advice and guidance. She has great resources for other professionals, as well as mortgage lenders, who also offered great suggestions and met tight deadlines, probably due to Nancy’s relationship with them. Nancy is very personable, professional and truly a “get it done/make it happen” Realtor. She is trustworthy, patient and we would definitely recommend her to friends, family and business associates as the Realtor to use. She worked with us for about 3 years to find the right home.
