Bobby helped my wife and I buy a piece of property in Albion, CA last spring. He walked us through what we needed to consider when purchasing vacant land and all of the considerations which we needed to keep in mind. Several of the properties we looked at were also in the California Coastal Zone and Bobby was able to provide us with additional information about the additional restrictions which properties in the coastal zone are subject to. After a few informative phone calls we spent the day with Bobby looking at several properties. He encourages us to see a couple of additional properties and a house to give us a feel for the market. We ultimately purchased one of the properties which Bobby suggested we look at, which we otherwise might have overlooked. Bobby helped us at every step along the way from making the offer and negotiating the price, coordinating inspections, and getting information from the county. We are happy with the property we purchased and happy with Bobby’s services.
