Megan DeMarco has become a go-to agent for buyers, sellers, and investors across Erie County. She is known for her unwavering dedication to clients and attention to detail. From cleaning before showings to coordinating repairs for sellers to writing personal letters and calling homeowners to find off-market options for aspiring homebuyers, Megan goes above and beyond.
You can tell from the moment you start working with her that Megan genuinely loves her job. Her positivity, approachability, and expertise minimize the stress of buying and selling a home. Likewise, Megan’s passion, patience, and real estate savvy have allowed her to become a trusted industry advisor and friend to her clients. Whether you’re securing a first home, finding your forever home, selling a cherished family residence, or interested in finding investment properties, Megan is here to help you work through this transaction as a dependable resource and skilled negotiator.
Megan’s tireless work ethic is consistent throughout every part of her life. In 2023, she completed her first triathlon and is now gearing up for a half-ironman. She’s competed in various local events, such as the Barber Beast on the Bay, Oil Creek 50k, and Duathlon Relay. Along with friends, she completed David Goggins’s 4 x 4 x 48 challenge (run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 straight), raising more than $7,000 for a local non-profit, Brooklyn’s Beacons.
With her success in real estate, Megan has also found various ways to give back. In coordination with fellow RE/MAX agent Stacey Santos, she donates $100 per home sale to a non-profit annually. Together, in 2023, Megan and Stacey donated more than $5,500 to the local chapter of the Children’s Miracle Network. This year, the non-profit is the Barber National Institute, for which they are striving to raise more than $6,000.
