I’m in the IT world and work remotely, so having a home office is very important to me. Mark showed me several properties that had great home offices, but were lacking in other areas like rooms and sq. ft. He then proposed that I let him build a beautiful outdoor workspace that looks modern but is functional. He just installed a 5’ x 7’ window on the front of the shed that has me counting down the days till I get to use it. He’s also finishing our FROG that will bring us around $35k from a sq ft. perspective once it’s livable. You won't find a better agent than Mark.
