I received Marc Iafrate's information from a mortgage lender when my husband and I were moving our family to North Carolina from Ohio. Since I am a fellow lender, I knew a mortgage lender would recommend their best realtor and Marc was just that... the best realtor! He was so knowledgeable and patient with us. He was always available to answer questions and help us through the process. Now, I am lucky enough to be a lender that works directly with Marc and his clients. I have yet to find one person that was unhappy. I know as long as we work together, that will never change. Marc is honest, hard working and responsive. He is a great person and amazing realtor. Plus, I LOVE the house he found us!
