Linda Bramlette

Linda Bramlette is an excellent listener. She understood exactly the somewhat unconventional needs we required in a home, plus she understood the indescribable feel we wanted our house to have. Linda patiently and joyfully showed us several house, but when she found the house that we ended up buying, she exclaimed before we saw it, "This is your house! You have to have this house." Sure enough, it was even better than the house we had been imagining. In other words, she "got" us, and we got the house. From the start to the finish of the purchasing experience, Linda expertly advised us from inspections to negotiations. She drew up a calendar timeline and stayed with it. Our family could not have been happier with the experience and its outcome.
