I called Laura my Realtor to sell my condo. This is my 2nd real estate transaction with her. I met Laura 4 years ago on Zillow and I am so glad I did because she helped me buy a house in Stratford 4 years ago. Laura is so personable and so creative she thinks outside of the box to close sales. The day Laura was scheduled to come to my condo to take pictures she spoke to a few people outside and shared with them that was a realtor and selling my unit. One guy spoke up and was an investor and wanted to buy more condos in the building. Two hours later he met Laura in her office with a check and signed the contract for Cash! We closed 2 weeks later. My head was spinning because she sold my condo in 2 hours and it wasn't even on the market yet! I recommend Laura to all my family and friends because she is an Amazing Realtor who gets things done fast!! Laura you are the best!
