Property Management and Realestate Sale Experience was Amazing

Larry was property manager for a rental property of mine. He is absolutely amazing. Very attentive, organized, knowledgeable, timely, etc. I could go on and on. He is a very good communicator and definitely goes above and beyond anything you might expect from a property manager and a realtor. He arranged for all services and repairs at the property from his vast list of contacts. His advise in getting the property prepared for sale was spot on, and we received multiple offers above asking. I would highly recommend Larry for your real estate management or sale needs. Last but not lease, Larry is just a good, kind and honest person.
