Katlyn did a great job selling my home, we originally wanted to do a cash conventional sale, but a FHA buyer said they wanted the home, she warned me of the burdens associated with this type of sale. But she assured me that she would work hard to shepherd the deal through, she did, her efforts were exceptional, as an out of state seller, she rolled up her sleeves and found local contractors to correct required Federal Appraisal requirements.
