Kathy Manes-Smith is a great agent!

We live in Washington state and Kathy made it easy for us to buy in a "seller's market." Kathy is knowledgeable about "Laguna Woods Village" with all it's many additional buyer requirements. Her knowledge, attention to detail and humor made the experience of buying again in California a pleasure! On a personal note, after my husband had to go out of town for family emergency, Kathy volunteered to watch our dog while I informed the movers where stuff needed to go. She's awesome!
