She was so responsive and clear in her explanations. She always responded to my emails the same day. She was able to sell my property quickly and for more than I expected. It was a pleasure working with her.

I cannot even begin to tell you how truly wonderful this woman and her company were to my family and I during a very difficult time in our lives. She worked hard for us everyday and answered my ten thousand questions daily and somehow managed to be more caring and involved with each conversation. She made our dreams come true and was a true angel in disguise. Without this amazing woman myself and my 2 kids would be homeless. She helped me stay calm when I thought there was no hope..and gave me hope when I wanted to give up. I cannot give Kat McDowell enough praise or gratitude to truly show how much she did for us.
