We just bought our first property in Stuart, Florida and did so based on MLS pictures and Katy's expert guidance. We have yet to visit the property, but we are confident that we got a great deal on a highly sought after property because of Katy's local knowledge and very responsive action. She was terrific in answering our questions and we feel as though we now have a trusted friend in the Stuart area.
