Her meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive oversight make her the driving force behind the team’s seamless process and consistently successful outcomes.
A founding member of FT*, Justine plays a pivotal role in both the team’s day-to-day operations and its long-term growth. With a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning across all aspects of real estate, she provides accountability and mentorship to every team member. Her leadership has been instrumental in the team’s growth from a small group of professionals to one of the top-performing teams in the region. In 2022, FT* closed over $100 million in sales, earning the team the title of #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island. FT* also made history as the first RI team to win the coveted Pinnacle Club Award in 2021.
In Sept. 2023, Justine expanded her leadership role by becoming Partner and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Results alongside Joe Fitzpatrick and Tyler Bernadyn. This milestone allows her to leverage her years of industry expertise and passion for building high-performing teams, while providing even greater opportunities and resources for agents and clients. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence are set to elevate RE/MAX Results in Rhode Island’s competitive real estate market.
Originally from Longmeadow, MA, Justine’s passion for real estate sparked early, often spending weekends visiting open houses in her neighborhood. She attended Tufts University, majoring in Economics, and played squash and tennis.
Justine now lives in Jamestown, RI with her husband (whom she met when he purchased a home from her in 2013) and their beloved dogs. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach, tackling home improvement projects, and walking her dogs around their neighborhood.
