Finding my number 10

I meet Judy through happenstance. I called about a house in Rochester and she answered the phone. Unfortunately the property had multiple bids and wasn't what I really wanted. She asked a few questions about the specific property I was interested in. In a few days she had a list and we went to see what she had . uncovered. There were 4 houses on the list. The third one really caught my eye. Its was every thing I described to Judy that I wanted. I was surprised to find it so fast. I made an offer after viewing the fourth house. Everything went smoothly after that. Judy knew the neighborhood price range and the residential setting I was looking for. I commend her for her expertise and professionalism. I give her my highest recommendation.
