Excellent in Every Way

I needed to buy a home before relocating to the area with my wife and 2 year old. Joy made the experience...well...joyful, rather than stressful. From day one, she went above and beyond to get to know my family and I, our needs, wants, and preferences. She also made astute recommendations that we would not have had insight into, never having been to the area. She was always knowledgeable, approachable, available, prompt in taking action, and diligently represented us as though it was her very own home we were shopping for. E.g. As we could not go in person, she spent almost an entire Saturday at the sales office to review and negotiate our contract. We’re so grateful to Joy for her excellent customer service. We love our new home and community and it’s far more than we could have asked for or thought of. God only knows where we would have been without Joy. We highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.
