Johnna grew up in NH but spent the summers at her Grandparents beach house on Ocean St in Ogunquit; getting to enjoy being a short walk from the footbridge beach. When the family beach house was sold Johnna couldn’t give up “The Way Life Should Be”. Johnna and her husband Jeff continued to vacation in Ogunquit multiple times a year.
Opportunity knocked so loud it could not be ignored when Johnna learned of a resort in Wells Maine being converted into Condos in 2019. With ocean views and walking distance to several of their favorite restaurants it was the perfect fit. Johnna & Jeff were the 3rd buyers to purchase in the Belle of Maine Condo Association. Now all 40 units are privately owned and they enjoy spending their summers at this great community.
Always having a strong interest in real estate, Johnna and her husband, Jeff, started investing in rental properties in 2017 with the purchase of a 2-bedroom condo in Manchester. They now own 11 properties with the goal of growing to 60 total rental properties. In 2020 Johnna and Jeff started adding short term rentals to their portfolio focusing in the NH Lakes Region and Southern Maine Coast. Johnna achieved Airbnb Super Host and VRBO Premier Host status within the first year.
