My experience with Joe was stress free and pleasurable. He was very organized. He kept me informed every step of the way. Being a first time buyer, I had lots of questions and insecurities. Joe answered every question and if needed sought out the answer by using all of his resources. Throughout the process Joe always made me feel as though he was truly there to help me find the best home for the best price that fit my situation. I never felt as if he was there to make a profit for himself. When viewing homes, it was always organized well. He was always prompt, viewed several homes in one particular area which he had all of the information right there at his disposal. We would discuss whether or not to make offers and proceed to the next step. It was very efficient and no time was wasted. And I never felt rushed to make a decision. To conclude, Joe is an excellent agent and I consider him to be a friend for life.
