When we reached out to Jeff back in December, he was on vacation and still responded back quickly and put our worries at ease. We were moving from out of state and had a fairly tight timeline we were working with. It felt like Jeff moved mountains for us to get into the properties we wanted to see. He was incredibly flexible and super responsive. Once we found the house we wanted to bid on he was very helpful in putting in a fair and thoughtful offer. He communicated with us throughout the negotiation process and was very transparent. I genuinely don't know of a better real estate agent in the business as Jeff is truly the gold standard.
