Jeannette Burdick

Jeanette Burdick called about my for sale by owner ad. She scheduled a time to come to my house and discuss its potential. I cancelled plans and waited for her, but she never arrived and she did not bother to contact me. I guess it's better to know this about a realtor before signing a contract with her.

Chas and Jeanette are an awesome team! After we were unsuccessful in selling our home with another realtor we were contacted by Chas requesting that we give them a chance. After our initial meeting we knew right away that these were the people we wanted to work with. They are very knowledge and professional but at the same time down to earth and friendly. They were always quick to respond when contacted and even took our calls after hours and on the weekend. Once our home was under contract they were always proactive and kept us updated regularly as to what was going on. There were a few bumps in the road towards closing but with their patience and reassurance it all worked out. We could not be happier with the experience we had with The Burdick Team and will definitely utilize them when we are ready to purchase our new home next year.
