Working with Jae was a phenomenal experience! As a first time homeowner, she was patient, communicated well and made sure she knew exactly what I was seeking in a property. Every visit to a house, she made sure to get my feedback and we didn't waste time in places that weren't up to her own personal standards. Her knowledge of the home buying process put me at ease and there wasn't a moment where I felt alone in the process. She personally worked with me and never pawned my off to another team member. Even when I called in tears, the day before closing, she was a calming force :). I would recommend her 10x over and I look forward to working with her again.
