We were introduced to Felecia in 2021 and were instantly thrilled with the way she carried herself, her market knowledge, and how she regularly went above and beyond to provide for her clients. She was the listing agent to sell the very first home I have ever purchased. Right off the bat she coordinated professional photos, an awesome marketing plan, and handled the logistics of all the showings. Within 1-2 weeks we were under contract, well above ask. I was sold on Felecia! After that, I asked her to help me with purchasing the next home, which was new construction. Despite delays with materials due to COVID, she stayed on the builder for coordination and updates. She then ultimately sold that home for me as well.
