Emmanuel was and is a fantastic professional! He's a huge help with his knowledge and understanding of the stress a buyer goes through in the sometimes very long search for the right home. He makes it a point to read between the lines to really feel what a family needs. He's extremely responsive to any and all questions and narrows in quite quickly to each turn in the road. He updates almost daily with the newest properties in the area you're searching and even throws in a few 'different' possibilities to widen your horizons. Doesn't always work, but does get you thinking in different directions. Which, I think, is a good thing! Emmanuel was such a pleasure to work with. Always a smile on his face and always looking for the sunny side of any situation. Highly recommend.
