It was a pleasure to work with Doug Freeman on sellig the property at 25 Lake Street, Dryden, NY.
Doug did his homework and provided me with a Market Analysis Summary on Single Family Residential Property on houses located nearby. Set up an appointment, did a walk thru and Doug suggested a very fair and reasonable asking price. Promptly his sign went up, lockbox was placed on the door and showings were scheduled and communicated on dates and times. Doug had timely followups on process and kept everything moving toward the closing date.
