Denise went above and beyond for us. Our requirements were extremely particular including a firm budget, a very particular layout requirements, specific home wired Internet and electrical specifications, a small particular geographic area and specific walkability requirements. With all that, Denise found us the perfect home within our budget with everything we needed in less than a week and we were in our home a month later. I can’t imagine being anywhere else, after being here a month, this truly is the perfect home for us. And it’s all that’s to Denise. In addition to our pickiness though, Denise went above and beyond coordinating with our lender when they proposed delays we were not anticipating and got the process back on track without any additional penalties or fees. Somehow, she made the process exciting and fun while mitigating any stressors along the way. I’ve used her now for renting myself, finding the right home for one of my parents and finding the perfect home for us. Denise is the best.
