If you need someone who is approachable, dependable and gets the job done, Dawn is going to be your best bet. It was my first time buying a house and she made the entire process streamlined and easy as well as being extremely good at her job at accommodating my needs, especially in a house market as tough as it is right now. Not only did she find the house for me, she managed to help me get a new roof and new AC installed before closing, so thats two things i don't have to worry about for years to come. Seriously, i cannot reccomend her enough.
