When I was selling my first house I was using a local real estate agent. This agent was a top agent and seemed to know what they were doing. Once we got involved with promoting our home and negotiating a contract, I learned very quickly that they didn't have my best interest in mind. I quickly fired the agent and decided to sell the home myself. This was the start of my passion for real estate. I was in management for a Fortune 500 company and started a family. Once I had my two oldest children, I realized I wanted to be in sales and work with people, one on one. I left my job and became an event sales manager. This allowed me to work with clients that were planning some of the most important days of their lives. After having my youngest child it was time for a change. Although I loved my job, I still wanted to pursue a career in real estate. With a work hard play harder approach, and my philosophy of “go big or don’t go at all!” I decided to take the plunge and quit my job and pursue a full-time career in real estate. Now I am loving my job and helping clients with some of the biggest purchases of their lives.
