Excellent realtor- couldn't imagine working with anyone else. Extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and just an excellent person to work with. Knew exactly the list price to use to sell the house quickly without underselling. Would highly recommend.
Was not very responsive and seemed less so when another agent brought buyers and decreased his commission. Was very nice and excited at first but once listing contract was signed, hardly heard from him. Our home sold within 2 weeks but no thanks to him. Nice guy but poor realtor. We would not use him again nor recommend him.
