Long Distance Purchase

We are a tricky situation. We were looking to purchase a home in the Tampa area but we lived in Ohio. We were referred to Colleen and she was amazing to work with. The market was HOT and she sent listings everyday. We looked for months but she never made us feel pressured to purchase before we found our perfect new home. We found one within an hour of it listing - she had a showing for us within a few hours and we wrote an offer that evening. Since we were 1100 miles away, she did extra footwork for us and anytime that I had a question, she had an answer for me that day. I would recommend her and use her again but I doubt we will ever sell our dream house that we just purchased :)
