My daughter and I were first time homebuyers and we were very fortunate that Cerita Loftis answered our call and was happy to become our Agent. Cerita exceeded all of our expectations. We were not familiar with the real estate terminology or who all to involve in the process. Cerita was immediately incredibly friendly and took the time to sit down with my daughter and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. she even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Cerita was willing to meet us late in the evening or even on weekends, to view more than two houses at a time sometimes. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our concerns even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. We highly recommend Cerita Loftis!
