As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. From the first phone call, Ben was patient, talked me through what to expect during the home buying process, and reassured me that it would be smooth and stress-free. And it was! He was able to get me showings very quickly and once we found the right house, He had my offer papers written up that day. From acceptance until closing, he was great with communication, always keeping me in the loop. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Closing went smoothly. Overall, it was a very pleasant process and I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone buying or selling!
