Annie did a great job at being available to organize and show up at showings on a short notice and off hours. This was vital in allowing me to see a good variety of houses before they were unavailable in such a competitive market. She was also very good at making sure I could put in a quality offer very shortly after seeing a place I liked no matter what time it was. She came to the table with some good ideas on how to make my offer more competitive that I would have never thought of. This definitely helped me close on a great house in a competitive market without having to sacrifice things that were important to me. I was prepared for this journey to take a lot longer than it did as we had an offer accepted on only our second attempt; something that was only possible due to Annie's timeliness and good ideas! Super happy to have landed a house I loved with the help of Annie.
