The BEST Real Estate Agent I have ever had!!

Annette Boggs was truly one of the best agents I have ever had! I have bought and sold many houses and condos in CA. Annette with Above and Beyond Real estate Co. in Pacific Grove, CA was one of, if not the best agents I have ever worked with. Annette was prompt, and very well versed on all of the transactions in the area. Annette guided me along with current information, and we had a lot of fun, too!! Annette knows her stuff!! I felt that I had the BEST information available, and she talked through what I felt my strategy should be with listing my home. She was right on…..we received an offer within a couple of days $100k above asking, all cash, no contingencies, with a fast close. Annette skilllfully negotiated a few terms of the contract, and was in contact with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Annette in the Monterey area, or anywhere for that matter. She knows everyone, and gets things done! I not only enjoyed Annette as a business associate, but also as a friend. She even helped me with boxes and offered her help to pack up my sweet home.
