•We did things a little backwards and found a house we loved before our house was even on the market. We made a contingent offer and Tracy helped us have our house on the market within a week of making that offer. We had never sold and bought at the same time and she did great helping us navigate doing both simultaneously as well as giving great advice towards negotiations for both sides. Once the ball started rolling we worked with her team. Fallon was awesome to work with. Great, quick communication and stayed on top of all of the moving pieces. We also worked with the preferred vendors for lending and title and they were all so helpful. Overall it was a great experience and we were able to sell our house and get into our dream home pretty seamlessly even doing it a bit backwards.
