•Sydney helped us through every step of the process. We were unsure about when we were going to list our property or execute the sale. Sydney came prepared, discussed strategies, and made recommendations that ultimately made us feel in control of the decision making but informed enough to make the decision. When it was finally time to list the property, Sydney gave us instructions on how to prepare our home to pictures and provided extensive market research to guide the pricing decisions. Sydney also supported us through closing to include walking through the property prior to the buyers conducting their final walkthrough, assisting in some hiccups during the walkthrough, and closing out when everything was done. We cannot recommend her strongly enough.
