We can’t thank Cheryl enough for all she did for us in helping find our second home in Florida. From countless FaceTime showings, videos, cramming in last minute showings while we were there.. the list goes on. She was an amazing communicator, always answering our list of questions in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about zoning/ hoa info and local communities. She researched and had access to information when we needed it which was super helpful in making decisions. Once we finalized our choice she was great about checking in on the property, final walk through & anything we needed. I can’t thank Cheryl enough for all of her help throughout somewhat of a stressful process. I felt she went above and beyond what most realtors do and consider her a part of our Florida family!
