Lorena is not only immensely professional, but also personally relatable. She made our move across the states amazingly easy. She performed numerous video tours whike we were in CA and in-person showings while we were in town. The video ours included exterior and interior video of the houses, including the drive in to the neighborhood. During our visit to the area, she spent the entire day with us driving all over showing us houses. She went out of her way to make our move Stress-free. She is very knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge. She helped us keep positive when it took our previous home time to sell and when the time came for us to make an offer, she offered her advice to make a strong offer.
