Cindy is an amazing agent

We feel so fortunate to have found Cindy in our search for a new home in the south Denver area. Our relationship spanned over a year and through that time she helped us get adjusted to a new state. Moving to Colorado was both enticing but also a little terrifying because everything was unfamiliar. Our goal was to live here for a year in rental to see if it was a good fit and then decide on whether or not to purchase a home. Cindy exceeded our expectations in finding a wonderful rental for us and sharing the ins and outs of the surrounding area. When we started house hunting a year later she was so patient...I mean she must have taken us to 10 houses that we passed on before we found the one. And then she really fought for us to get the best possible deal, whether that be lowering the interest rate, coordinating with the seller, squeezing out incentives, and providing suggestions all along the way. I also liked her candid honesty, even when it was hard to hear. House hunting can be a long journey that takes a lot of patience, perseverance and expertise. Cindy has all those qualities in addition to positive energy and good humor.
