Josh went above and beyond, helping us sell our house. Josh and Treasure wasted no time coming up with a plan that would work for our family. Any time we needed anything, they were right there, answering our questions at any time of day or night. We felt like they were family when all was said and done. I cannot say enough great things about Josh and Treasure. From the very beginning, they were up front and honest. He knew the market, what was happening, and the process. Josh asked what our goals were in selling. He listened to what our expectations were and then gave suggestions. Our house sold in a week, for well over asking. Their knowledge is impressive, and they are the nicest, most honest people. I would not use anyone else!

Marvin helped my family move into our dream home. Marvin told me I plan to have you moved out within two months when we started this process. Being skeptical, I said, ok, let’s see what you can do for us. From the minute we hired him, he took off running to get our first home sold. He managed to do this within one weekend! The following weekend we were ready to go on a hunt for our next dream home. He was very patient as he knew I was not settling for just any home. I wanted that wow factor, so he had his work cut out for him.
