Marvin handled everything for me! I would recommend in a heartbeat. He was able to sell my home so quickly, I was packing before I knew it. He helped me price it well. The documentation signing process was so easy. He answered all my questions and was always immediately responsive, while I respected him working hours as 8am-8pm. Ryan wasn't the agent I deserved, but definitely the agent I needed. He was in constant contact with me via text, phone calls, and emails. Being a first time homebuyer, I was very thankful to have an experienced agent walk me through the offer/bid process, understanding the purchase contract (stayed on the phone with me for over an hour on a Sat night!), connecting with title and lender, and being available throughout the closing process. It was a huge relief that I could reach out to Ryan 7 days a week with my questions and get a response within an hour (usually within 20mins). As a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions and Ryan ALWAYS responded. He had a 'transaction coordinator' to assist with the closing, but honestly, Ryan was so attentive and available, the TC barely involved haha! Through his agency, he was also able to throw in some great perks to closing with him, like a Move-In concierge to help with utility transfer, internet, mail, etc. Very happy with my experience buying with Ryan, and would definately recommend him as my go-to agent.
