First off, we'd give Rita a 10 out 5 star review if possible! She was utterly amazing. We did a decent amount of research before we met her, and knew what we wanted, and she gave us exactly what we were looking for on day one.
She took us to about 10 places, all within our specifications, and told us the positives and negatives of each one. This included the dates they were built and why that mattered specifically to each location, what was close to each place (as we walk a lot, we didn't want to be far away from everything and have to drive), and so much more.
We were able to find the place we wanted one the first day we met with her and put in a bid. Not only was the bid lower than most of the other homes in our area, but it was accepted and she also negotiated to get money back to fix up little issues. All this was done easily, quickly, and with utter professionalism.
On top of that, she set us up with an incredible mortgage broker, electrician, and handyman. All were reliable, fast, and very fairly priced.
We've worked with other realtors and Rita leaves them in the dust with her ability to fit our needs, find the best prices, and make sure to follow up even after it is all over with and finished. She doesn't act like a salesperson, disappear like other realtors after the sale is over, and you will feel like she's been a lifelong friend when you work with her.
